Group items in sellable categories, separate items you want to keep or that cannot be sold, clean sellable items, organize and set up the home in preparation for the estate sale. This step is generally the most difficult and time consuming step. We look forward to making this step the easiest on you!

We know that each estate is unique. First, we sit down with you and we listen. You tell us what you want to accomplish and that becomes our goal. We carefully consider your goals, what you've decided to sell and the market for your merchandise. We also study the physical arrangement of your home & property to determine how best to showcase the estate. After meeting with you, we formulate a sale plan that will most effectively accomplish your goals.

Assess fair market value for each item using our experience with antiques and knowledge of marketing. Pricing is the key to liquidation and the key component to a successful estate sale. Every item in the home will have a price tag on it.
